These terms and conditions describe your rights and duties while using our service. Other informations about how the platform works are also provided.
By using our services or creating an user account you hereby agree and accept the following conditions. If you don't agree with them, you are not allowed to use the service.
2. User accounts
When you create an user account you must provide complete and accurate information. This information should be updated whenever changed. Non compliance could lead to account deletion.
You are responsible for storing your password in a safe location. You agree not to share your password with third-parties. You must contact us immediately whenever you identify a breach in security or unauthorized usage of your user account.
Publica-me has the right to suspend or delete any user account, at any moment, without prior notice. The user may delete its own account at any moment on its account page.
3. Content
Our service allows users to upload digital content to our servers. This content is only available to the user it belongs to and to the service providers.
By sending data to our platform you declare to have all legal and ethical rights to do so.
By sending digital content to our service you authorize its modification. Publica-me is NOT allowed to use this content to any other ends, including publicly displaying, reproducing or distributing it. Data uploaded to Publica-me will be eliminated as soon as the contracted service is concluded (or in the period of one year for the service "Dados").
Pulica-me reserves the right to delete the content stored on its servers, at any given moment, without prior notice. Albeit small, there is always risk of accidental data loss. By using this service you understand that Publica-me can't be held accountable for digital content integrity and you should maintain independent copies of any submitted data.
4. Orders
When placing an order you declare to be responsible and able to enter a legally binding contract.
4.1. Your information
When attempting to place an order you will be inquired about personal information including, but not limited to: Name, email, billing address, phone number.
Additional information about the payment method chosen might be necessary including, but no limited to: Name, credit or debit card number, date of expiration. By submitting this data you declare to have the legal right to do so, you agree to provide complete and accurate information and you understand that this data can be submitted to other companies specialized in payment processing.
4.2. Cancelling
Orders can be canceled by Publica-me or by the user under certain circumstances.
4.2.1. Cancelled by the service
Publica-me reserves the right to REFUSE or CANCEL any order at any given moment. Reasons for this include, but are not limited to: Insufficient resources to process the order, erros on product description or pricing, suspicion of fraud or illegal transactions.
4.2.2. Cancelled by the user
The user will be able to cancel its order without any cost until 48 hours after its placement, and with a 50% cost until 96 hours after its placement. Orders canceled more than 96 hours after their placement will not be refunded.
4.3. Availability, errors and imprecision
Products offered can be changed at any given moment, Any product might be unavailable at any time. Information on prices, images of products, specifications, availability and times of delivery, might be affected by errors. These kinds of information might be updated at any time, without prior notice.
5. Intelectual property
Publica-me and all its original content, excluding content provided by users, is protected by copyright and should not be used without license.
6. Disputes
By using our services you agree to trying to settle any dispute through an informal contact with us, before pursuing any other means.
7. Changes to terms and conditions
Publica-me reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any given moment. Users should be notified of any changes by email. By continuing to use our services you accept the current version of the terms and conditions.
